Program description
By providing your mobile number and giving consent (verbally during a call or meeting, or in writing on an engagement form), you agree to receive SMS messages from Diamantis Data Center Advisory LLC (DDCA) at the number you provided. Messages relate to your advisory engagement and include:
- Customer Care messages — scheduling and confirming meetings, exchanging project updates, and answering your questions.
- Account Notification messages — invoice-ready alerts, payment confirmations, and deliverable-ready notifications.
DDCA does not send marketing or promotional SMS on this program.
Message frequency
Message frequency varies based on the activity of your engagement, typically 0–8 messages per month per client.
Fees
There is no fee from DDCA for the SMS service. Message and data rates may apply from your wireless carrier.
How to opt out
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text STOP to the DDCA number you have been messaging with. After you send STOP, we will send you a confirmation message and you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to rejoin, give consent again (verbally, in writing, or by texting START to the same number) and we will resume.
