Diamantis Data Center Advisory LLC (“DDCA”, “we”, “us”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to ddca.ai and to any service or communication you receive from DDCA.

We use your information to deliver the advisory services you engage us for, to communicate with you about those services (including by phone, email, and SMS where you have consented), to send invoices and account notifications, to comply with legal obligations, and to operate and improve our website.
3. SMS / text messaging
If you have provided your mobile number and verbally or in writing consented to receive SMS from DDCA, we will send you Customer Care and Account Notification messages related to your engagement. Message frequency varies, typically 0–8 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message; reply HELP for help. 4. Sharing of information — mobile opt-in data
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. This restriction applies to mobile information, mobile opt-in data, and SMS consent records, regardless of how the information was collected.
We may share information with subcontractors that provide operational support services to DDCA (for example, IT support, accounting, or legal advisors), strictly under confidentiality obligations and only to the extent necessary for those services.
5. Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect personal information against loss, misuse, and unauthorized access. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure; we keep our security posture proportionate to the sensitivity of the data we hold.
6. Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we hold about you by emailing pete@ddca.ai. We will respond within a reasonable time and in accordance with applicable law.
